Our Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A Handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the product price.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@perfumelounge.co.za in order to request a return. A return waybill (download and print) will be provided to you free or charge.

Once we received your returned item, a refund will be processed within 3 days via the same method of payment you used during the time of your purchase (Payfast or Payflex). A Handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the product price.

Cancellations:

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our
systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after
they are placed.

Damage and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For merchandise damaged in transit, please contact the relevant freight company to inspect the goods and to file a freight claim.
